10 Minute Chili and Pork Stir Fry

The Food Mob viewers have been asking for weeks for a dish that could be cooked within 10 minutes on a work evening and that is what we are bringing you this week with a gorgeous and quick pork and Chili Stir Fry. You can be sure that this will become one of your staple "go to" dishes....

 

Knob of ginger
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Red chili
1 Carrot
Green Beans
Pork Fillet
Cashew nuts
Packet of Noodles
Soy Sauce
Fish Sauce
Seasme Oil

1.Peel and slice the ginger, chili and garlic in to thin slices
2.Remove any sinew or fat from the pork and cut in to thin slices.
3.Peel the carrots and cut in to thin slices.
4.Slice the green beans at an angle.
5.Heat the oil in a wok and add the chili, garlic and ginger and cook over a high heat for 45 seconds.
6.Add the pork and cook for a further 2 minutes
7.Add the green beans, carrots, and coriander
8.Add the noddles and fish sauce, seasme and soy sauce and cook for a further minute
9.Serve immediately.
